Club Tennis Barcino has a new agreement with I-Con Sports
Carlos Costa and Marc “Mucki” Becker have achieved a new collaboration with Club Tennis Barcino. This new agreement was made with the aim of helping young tennis players from the club to obtain a sports scholarship, so that they can continue competing at the highest level while studying a university degree in the United States.
The Club Tennis Barcino was founded in 1928 and is one of the oldest and most traditional clubs in Barcelona. The Club promotes the practice of sports as an improvement in people’s health and quality of life. In addition to promoting training in values for young athletes.
C.T. Barcino is located in the heart of Sant Gervasio neighborhood. With 22,000 m2 of facilities and almost 3,000 members of all ages. In the Club you can practice tennis, paddle tennis, table tennis, roller hockey, indoor soccer and swimming. The Club also has a fitness room and a complete variety of directed activites.
One of the pillars of Club Tennis Barcino are the sports school. The Tennis School is a comprehensive training model that has more than 400 students and a competition group that, year after year, achieves outstanding successes in the championships of Catalonia and Spain.
